Incident Notification Requirements
If you have had a serious injury or incident on your site, you may be required to notify the Work Health Safety Regulator immediately.
Ai Group can provide you with assistance in responding to these types of incidents, and in your dealings with a work health and safety inspector who may attend your site in response to an incident. It is important to recognise that, in addition to the initial response of an inspector to help ensure that a similar incident does not occur again, the inspector may also be collecting evidence to assist the regulator to initiate a prosecution against the organisation, and/or individuals, for failing to meet obligations under work health and safety laws.
