This program consists of one on one coaching, out of session activities and a video series to support your learning. 

From an Acceleration perspective, the emphasis of the program is establishing a solid strategic plan or goal setting strategy and to build your skillset and capability to support the long term execution of the strategy. The focus can however be customised and may focus on any areas within the spectrum of Strategy, Capability, Execution and Impact.

Timeframes:

The program duration is 100 days and consists of weekly coaching sessions in the first 30 days as you set the foundation, followed by bi-weekly coaching sessions for the subsequent 70 days building your skillset and capability to equip you for long term strategy execution.

Video Series:

• You will get 100 days of unlimited access to a bonus video series  
• The videos support the program focus and contain guided activities and tools 
• You can utilise the video series out of session to support your learnings and enhance program outcomes, leaving Coaching sessions for focused strategic coaching
