This program consists of one on one coaching, out of session activities and a video series to support your learning. 

Over a 12 month period you will work on leaving your legacy.  Having established a solid strategy, worked on capability and worked hard on execution, we will now start to assess the impact your legacy is having on an organisation and the effectiveness of your execution.   The focus of the program is across Strategy, Capability, Execution and Impact, however this can be customised and may have a narrower focus.

Timeframes:

The program duration is 12 months and consists of weekly coaching sessions in the first month, followed by bi-weekly coaching sessions for the next 6 months and monthly sessions in the final 5 months.

Video Series:

• You will get 12 months of unlimited access to the bonus video series  
• The videos support the program focus and contain guided activities and tools
• You can utilise the video series out of session to support their learnings and enhance program outcomes, leaving Coaching session for focused strategic coaching
