This program consists of one on one coaching, out of session activities and a video series to support your learning. 

To help you thrive, the emphasis of the program is to set a solid strategic foundation, build on your skillset and capability and support and empower you through the execution phase.  Your coach will work with you and hold you accountable as you explore new territory and disrupt your modus operandi in pursuit of high performance.

The focus of the program can be customised and may focus on any areas within the spectrum of Strategy, Capability, Execution and Impact.

Timeframes:

The program duration is 6 months and consists of weekly coaching sessions in the first month as you set the foundation, followed by bi-weekly coaching sessions for the subsequent 5 months building your skillset and coaching you through execution.

Video Series:

• You will get 6 months of unlimited access to the bonus video series  
• The videos support the program focus and contain guided activities and tools
• You can utilise the video series out of session to support your learnings and enhance program outcomes, leaving Coaching session for focused strategic coaching
